I picked up one of the Charley Harper coloring books at Old Navy a week or so ago. Using one of the Charley Harper designs and the techniques I learned in the Double Reverse Applique class I took, I made this little baby bib.
I traced the design onto fusible interfacing and then piece by piece, appliqued them. Because the fabric is a woven, it can fray, so I sealed all of the edges with Fray Check. Hopefully, it will hold through a number of washings.
Here is what the template looked like (remember the pattern will be flipped the opposite direction when it is finished.)
Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks so much for the comment about the Charley Harper bib!
If you have an Old Navy near you, the coloring book has wonderful line drawings of a number of his images.
I’ll be posting a picture of the Christmas stocking I made with one of the images in a day or two.
Thanks again!
